1. Coordinating with sales teams to create promotional campaigns, including ideas for printing material such as banner, brochures and catalogs, as well as digital content such as websites and social media posts. 2. Work with marketing director and other executives to establish overall campaign goals and objectives. 3. Determining which media channels will be used to promote a specific product. 4. Assist in brainstorming, planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns and strategies that strengthen the brand and positioning of products. 5. Analyze, monitor, and measure marketing activity effectiveness and track marketing performances. 6. Brainstorm and draft engaging and interesting ideas for video-related platforms such as TikTok, Youtube, Instagram Reels, and etc, or live-related platforms such as Facebook, Shopee, and etc. 7. Propose new trends in food industry to keep marketing strategies up to date. 8. Take responsibility for activities at other areas when requested, eg: outstation to where the campaigns or events conducted to ensure the activities go smoothly and sequentially. 9. Managing budgets and ensuring that projects stay within financial guidelines. 10. Conduct market study for understanding competitors' marketing plan. Qualifications 1. 1 year of experience in Marketing/Advertising field, fresh graduate are encouraged to apply. 2. Social media savvy. 3. Strong sense of creative thinking and pitch out new ideas. 4. Strength in multitasking and able to manage multiple tasks on hand efficiently to meet deadlines. 5. Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach. 6. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. 7. Team player. 8. Good time-management skills. 9. Excellent written, strong verbal communication skills in English, and good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of other languages such as Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage. 10. Driven to take on new challenges and able to perform challenging tasks given at any time.
