1. Responsible for working with local teams to develop effective recruitment & onboarding for our couriers, as well as cohesive SOPs regionally for management and welfare of Lazada courier fleet.
2. Propagation of best-practices across the region, reducing manual processes and inefficiencies, working to propagate best practices across the region.
3. Streamlined and optimized remuneration to ensure our couriers are highly motivated and incentivized, especially during major campaigns
4. Overall ownership of training and development of programs to improve courier efficiency and customer service.
5. Tracking courier NPS and turnover rates across SE Asia, developing and deepening Lazada’s connection and brand with couriers and attracting a new breed of entrepreneurs, who see couriers as an attractive and long-term career.
6. Working with product and technical team to develop, test and rollout new upgrades and updates to Lazada’s fleet management and technology services across the region.
7. Provide market intelligence in terms of benchmarking vs other 3PLs, with regards to customer service, courier NPS.

**Job Requirements**
- At least at least 7 years working experience in logistics or express delivery industry preferably with multicultural exposure in South East Asia Region. Experience with sortation or last-mile facility operations will be a strong advantage
- Experience working with cross-functions (finance, legal, product) is an advantage
- Experience with change management will be an advantage
- Records of delivering quantifiable service & efficiency gain and implemented change across the region.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to secure alignment and influence without authority at the senior levels.
- Solid organizational skills in prioritize tasks within timeline, pay attention to details and multi-tasking.
- Analytic thinking and problem solving - able to consume data and formulate an improvement plan.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office tool such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel, Access
- Willingness and flexibility to travel in the region about 50% of the time.
