**Job Function**:

- Conducting credit checks on new customers, resolving problems in relation to invoice payments, and reconciling complex month-end accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the accounts receivable inbox, dealing with all queries and capturing all relevant information in financial systems.
- Raising sales invoices as per customer POs and/or Account Manager instructions.

**Qualifications / Required Skills**:

- A bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Account or a related field preferred
- At least 2 years’ experience in Credit/Account Receivable or similar role.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects while meeting all required deadlines.
- Must have self-discipline to work independently within assigned territory to accomplish goals.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a polite, tactful and firm manner.
- Confidence, professionalism and perseverance.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sungai Petani: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Credit Control: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
