Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies in line with Salpac Business Models. Execute strategies to target new customers and prospects. Review and monitor sales performance of the assigned customer accounts include key accounts and non-key accounts. Establish and maintain an ongoing sales funnel of targeted and qualified prospects and expand the business opportunity. Initiate consultative customer relationships with the corporate, field and external by communicating with key decision makers, identify and understand their needs; positioning Company's innovative packaging solutions to address their needs and add value to their business. Developing consultative sales skills; learning about customers’ procurement functions and Company's cost models and pricing; staying current with all aspects of business including industry and competitive data; learning and keeping others informed of competitive market information. Ensure maximum account penetration & customer satisfaction.
