**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving, reviewing, and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Selecting items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment.
- Maintaining optimal stock levels, organizing inventory, and potentially tracking inventory using systems.
- Coordinating with shipping carriers, creating shipping labels, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Addressing customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and potentially handling returns or exchanges.
- Many fulfillment roles involve physical activity, such as lifting, standing, and moving throughout the warehouse.
- Effective communication with team members and potentially with customers is important.
