**Guest Services & Customer Experience**
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with special requests, reservations, and inquiries.
- Ensure VIP and special requests are handled appropriately.
**Operations & Supervision**
- Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations during shifts.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Monitor and coordinate the smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Ensure proper security and safety procedures are followed.
- Liaise with different departments to maintain operational efficiency.
**Staff Management & Leadership**
- Supervise and support hotel staff, providing guidance and assistance when needed.
- Conduct briefings and communicate key information to team members.
- Ensure staff adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring new employees.
**Crisis & Emergency Handling**
- Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, and security issues.
- Implement and oversee emergency procedures and protocols.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities in case of serious incidents.
**Financial & Administrative Duties**
- Assist in daily financial transactions, cash handling, and reporting.
- Review daily revenue reports and ensure accurate billing.
- Monitor expenses and assist in cost control measures.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality (2-5 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
