As a Web Administrator, your roles are to maintain the operations of our site and the upkeep of information/data before it goes live on our website. With the nature of the position, you will also be responsible for manually referencing data from other sources to verify the accuracy of the information. Among your key responsibilities are:
**Job Description**:

- Responsible for maintaining and managing all relevant customers’ information
- Manage platform administrative tasks
- Perform verification on registered customers
- Follow-up, inquire and recording details are part and parcel of your daily tasks
- Assist in maintaining customer support system
- Troubleshoot and manage any web administrative related issues
- Perform dusting and system cleanup - digitally, to ensure only useful data remains
- Provide timely reports on necessary information to help improve company's business
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

**; Requirements: - Requirements**:

- Able to work both independently and in team environment
- Proficient in English and Malay
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experienced in handling CSV and similar data files
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of website design and administration.
