Job Descriptions:

- Answering phone call / Customer Service (live chat) for sub-project. (Macgad/IPP)
- Keeping records, report and client portfolio up to date. (documenting)
- Managing data in spreadsheets and reports.
- Billing. (Invoicing, quotation and claims using SQL system)
- Managing service renewal with client and stakeholders.
- Maintain and monitor the marketing budget plan.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Plan and manage social media marketing activities.
- Oversee and create content for all the company's social media accounts.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget.
- Prepare reports on digital marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Managing existing and cultivating new clients.
- Dealing with external agencies and numerous internal departments.
- Planning, testing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Supplying information and promoting a positive public image.
- Maintain content and communications for marketing activities.
- Co-ordinate requirements for promotional material.
- Assist with copywriting, artwork, and web workflow for planned print and digital marketing communications.
- Execute marketing and event campaigns.
- Assist with the maintenance of the CRM system and marketing automation tools.
- Monitor digital campaigns and generate monthly analytic reports.
- Co-ordinate on all digital marketing activities.
- Carry out other related tasks as required.
