**What You’ll Be Selling**
- **Web Design & Development Services**:
- **Social Media Content & Management**:
- **Digital Marketing Solutions** - SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads
- And more exciting digital growth solutions
**Your Role**
- Manage and close **provided leads**, securing at least **6 qualified appointments per week**.
- Build lasting client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with our marketing and web teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Keep a strong sales pipeline (3-4x monthly target) and track all activities in CRM.
- Stay sharp with the latest digital marketing and industry trends.
**Requirements**:
- Some leads will be provided, but you must also be proactive in generating your own opportunities.
- Must secure a **minimum of 6 qualified appointments per week**.
- 1-3 years of sales experience (B2B, digital marketing, SaaS, or agency background preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
- Familiarity with **SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and Web Development** is a plus (training provided).
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
- Persistent closer with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Mandarin speaking is required** (to serve our client base).
**Performance KPIs**
- 50+ outreach activities per week.
- 6+ qualified appointments weekly.
- Lead → Appointment → Client conversion success.
- Consistent achievement of monthly sales quota.
