**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Website and Webstore Development
- Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, functional, and aligned with the brand’s aesthetics and goals.
- Webstore Development: Develop and maintain the webstore, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
- Optimization: Optimize website and webstore performance, including loading speed, navigation, and mobile responsiveness.
- Content Updates: Regularly update website content, including banners, product pages, and promotional materials.
- Technical Support: Coordinate with external web support team to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular site maintenance.

2. E-commerce Operations
- Order Management: Monitor and manage the order processing system to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the team to maintain optimal stock levels and update inventory on the webstore.
- Data Analysis: Analyze web traffic and sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve the customer journey.
- SEO & SEM: Implement and monitor SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic.

3. Customer Service Support
- Customer Assistance: Provide support to the customer service team by addressing escalated customer inquiries and resolving issues related to website navigation, orders, and product information.
- Feedback Implementation: Gather customer feedback regarding website usability and work on continuous improvements.

4. Administrative Support
- Form Management: Review and filter customer forms submitted through the website, ensuring accurate information is captured.
- Department Coordination: Forward relevant forms and inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly, ensuring efficient handling and follow-up.
- Documentation: Maintain records of customer inquiries, forms, and feedback for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on website performance, customer feedback, and form management to the E-commerce Manager.

**Requirements;**
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, web development, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Sitegiant, Shopify, etc), CMS (e.g., WordPress), HTML/CSS, and ERP.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer Orientation: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
