Job Description:

- Website & E-Commerce Platform Management.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce website and ensure optimal functionality, design, and user experience.
- Manage and update the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing and content.
- Optimize the website for user experience, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Ensure smooth order processing, inventory updates, and customer service coordination.
- Marketplace Platform Management.
- Set up and manage product listings on third-party marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.).
- Maintain accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace sales performance, making necessary adjustments to pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies.
- Implement best practices to improve product visibility and ranking on marketplaces.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging product content, banners, and campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal events on both the website and marketplaces.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in retail or consumer products.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, Magento) and online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada).
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
