**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic **Sales & Business Development Intern** to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management. As a Sales & Business Development Intern, you will assist in identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and working closely with our experienced sales team to drive growth and expand our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for potential clients.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of product demos or presentations under the guidance of senior team members.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Analyze market data and compile reports to assist in strategic decision-making.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients by responding to inquiries, following up on previous communications, and supporting customer retention efforts.

**Sales Process Assistance**:

- Help manage sales pipelines by tracking and reporting on the progress of leads and opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and business development teams as needed.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Participate in weekly team meetings, providing feedback and ideas to improve sales strategies.
- Work closely with other interns and team members in various departments (marketing, product, customer success) to align efforts and achieve business goals.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
