**About the Role**

Are you passionate about content creation and digital marketing? As our **Assistant Marketing Manager**, you will take the lead on crafting and executing engaging content strategies that tell the Ella Furniture story. You’ll be working with a close-knit, supportive team in a fast-growing SME, where you’ll have the freedom to innovate and see the direct impact of your work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Strategy & Development**: Design and implement content strategies across digital channels (website, social media, product catalogs) to drive engagement and showcase our collections.
- **Brand Storytelling**: Collaborate with the team to develop a compelling brand narrative that highlights our craftsmanship and design expertise.
- **Visual Content Creation**: Develop mood boards, mockups, and concept illustrations to bring design ideas to life, supporting marketing campaigns and new product launches.
- **Social Media & Community Engagement**: Lead our social media strategy to grow our online community, focusing on visually engaging posts and collaborations with designers.
- **Influencer Partnerships**: Identify and build relationships with influencers and artists to create captivating content that elevates brand awareness.
- **Market Trends & Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with design trends in furniture and home décor, bringing fresh ideas that resonate with our audience.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure marketing aligns with customer expectations and our brand vision.

**Qualifications & Skills**

We’re looking for a passionate and creative individual who can bring new ideas to life and has a strong sense of design aesthetics. Ideally, you have:

- **5+ years of experience** in content creation or digital marketing, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
- **Educational Background**: Degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Creative Portfolio**: Demonstrated experience with visual content (e.g., mockup boards, concept illustrations) and digital marketing projects.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Collaborative Attitude**: A proactive team player who values collaboration and creativity.
