Job Purpose:

  • The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing strategies to support the company's branding and revenue goals. This role requires a data-driven mindset with the ability to lead ad campaigns, optimize marketing channels, and propose actionable improvements.

Marketing Manager Job Descriptions:

  • Plan and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals, market positioning, and long-term brand direction, ensuring consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistent and sufficient quality leads for the Sales Team while analyzing lead performance, including lead quality and cost per lead.
  • Plan, launch, and oversee paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant digital media.
  • Continuously track, evaluate, and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, and similar analytics software.
  • Identify and evaluate the latest marketing trends, digital innovations, and consumer behavior patterns to refine targeting strategies, creative content direction, and overall campaign planning for better audience engagement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports that detail campaign metrics such as ad spend, audience reach, engagement rates, conversions, ROI, and other relevant KPIs and prepare visual dashboards and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assess campaign performance and industry benchmarks to suggest ongoing improvements, new targeting methods, or refreshed creative strategies and apply competitive analysis to anticipate market shifts and recommend adjustments in real-time.
  • Present strategic marketing plans, advertising forecasts, performance summaries, and improvement proposals during management meetings. Ensure stakeholders are informed of marketing initiatives, results, and upcoming plans.
  • Manage and guide the marketing team by providing training on digital marketing tools, ad optimization, and data interpretation, while monitoring the team's adoption of best practices and use of performance data in decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing.
  • Experience in digital marketing, ad management, or brand growth.
  • Experience in interior design, renovation, construction, or property industry is an added advantage.
  • Digital Skills - Strong knowledge in:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)

  • TikTok ads

  • Google Ads

  • Social media content planning

  • Familiar with analytical tools:

  • Meta Business Suite

  • TikTok Analytics

  • Google Analytics

  • Able to plan marketing strategies.

  • Able to lead / plan monthly marketing calendar and campaign direction.
  • Able to manage marketing budget and ad spend.
  • Technical Skills (bonus):

  • Knowledge of CRM or lead management system.

  • Experience running campaigns for renovation / interior design firms.

  • Basic video editing.
