Position Title **Accounting & Admin Executive**
Location **Kapar, Klang**
**About the Job**
A leading company in Rubber Manufacturing industry is currently looking for an Accounting & Admin Executive to join the exciting team.
**Responsibilities**:
**Account**:
1. Prepare cheque and payment voucher.
2. Possessing of payment.
3. Payroll.
4. Prepare accounts statement, aging and follow-up with customer on collection.
5. Prepare AP, AR, profit & loss accounts, financial report and budget.
6. Handle accounts related matters.
7. Liaise with accounting personnel, banker, etc. on accounting issues.
8. Train and supervise subordinates.
9. Filing and keeping of documents and records; and other general office administrative functions.
10. Perform proper house-keeping of office.
11. Any other jobs assigned by superior when necessary.
**Admin**:
1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
2. Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
3. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
5. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
6. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
7. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
8. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
9. Assist colleagues whenever necessary
**Experience Needed**
- At least a LCCI with some working experience in accounting and administration
- Proficiency in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and able to work as a team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Computer Literate and accounting knowledge.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Full Set Account: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (required)
