Key Responsibilities
1. Build a strong relationship with customer by providing a delightful end-to-end experience & effortless way of acquiring new products & recontacting of existing subscriptions.
2. Acquire new line subscription by being an advocate of our products & services through consultative selling.
5. Display a collaborative mindset when working with internal & cross functional teams to easily resolve customer's concern & demands.
6. Contribute and support the achievement your individual & team's sales target, call productivity, and customer engagement score.
7. Make every customer interaction meaningful. Take ownership and execute an end-to-end sales & customer handling.

Key Requirements
1. At least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce or equivalent.
2. Demonstrable minimum 1 years’ experience within relevant job experience.
3. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with good command of English
5. Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced sales environment and to meet critical deadlines.
6. Personal values are aligned with the Singtel Core Values.
7. Passionate about sales and with strong customer orientation.
