**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**

Reporting to**:Head of Department (HOD), Corporate Services and Finance**

- Assisting the Assistant Finance Manager & HODs in preparing the monthly financial reports to the management, highlighting key insights and trends with analysis and monitoring spendings against approved budget in a consistent manner.
- Supervising accounts clerk in checking the accuracy of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries into the accounting system.
- Managing the fixed asset register including depreciation calculations and proposed write-off and disposals.
- Assisting in managing other day-to-day financial transactions, not limited to only finance functions but related department management in ensuring what’s goes into the accounts are considered and taken up promptly into the monthly closing.
- Manage receivables including monitoring receivables aging, not limited to processing of invoices, follow ups and liaising with debtors.
- Supporting in obtaining & preparing a Purchase Order (PO) and checking against the quotations to ensure information is accurate before proceeding for management approval.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Notwithstanding the above functions, other duties and responsibilities may be assigned to the employee from time to time by the Association.
- During the course of your duties, there will be occasions when the nature of the work will be confidential and under no circumstances may this be discussed within or outside the office with persons who are not entitled to such information. Breach of this requirement will constitute grounds for immediate cessation of employment.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
