- Prepare reports, correspondence, and tender documents for projects.
- Maintain contact details of contractors, clients, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
- Prepare quotations, orders, progress claims, and contract documents.
- Assist with ISO & OSHA documentation.
- Handle client/vendor portal registrations or renewals.
- Assist your superior and team efficiently.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Pay: RM1,356.01 - RM2,585.82 per month

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
