Job description - Strictly follow and execute warehousing standard operation procedures - Receiving goods, verify item and quantity correctly according to delivery order, visibly inspect on external quality of goods received - Verify goods receipt against the scheduled date and required quantity in Purchase Order - Timely record or register accurately every single stock movement into system - The putaway stock should be stacked neatly and tidy to prevent safety risks, and ensure all storage stock with label - Any of the stock in the warehouse can only be delivered if there is approved delivery order, No any stock allowed to ship if delivery procedures is not complete; under special circumstances, the goods can only be delivered after obtaining the approval of the management, and the standard process still need to be completed afterwards - Sorting and storing of goods at designated storage locations - Verify the picked items according to the picking order before finally issue out to material requestor - In order to make the systems stock inventory tally with physical stock, daily inventory and month-end inventory closing must be well keep - Perform cycle count or stock count - Closely monitor stock inventory in warehouse storage any time, whether there are stock shortage or overstocks, slow movement and non-movement, and report them immediately - Regularly report abnormal inventory information, and take immediate actions to resolve the problems - Take pre-caution actions of fire prevention, anti-theft and explosion-proof work and keep the warehouse clean, tidy and air-circulating. - To assist Warehouse Supervisor for effective storage and movements of stocks - To assist driver with local / outstation deliveries as and when needed - To perform any duties assigned by the management Job Requirement: - Minimum SPM or Above - Ability to read/write and to follow instructions, and work independently with little guidance. - Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and to lift heavy materials. - Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management computer software. - Preferred Qualifications - Experience in operating material handling - MHE trained - Forklift preferred. - Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, PPT, OneNote
