Job Responsibilities:

  1. Material & Inventory Management

  2. Handle receiving, storage, issuance, and return of raw materials and spare parts.

  3. Ensure FIFO, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  4. Optimize inventory levels, reduce material loss, and coordinate with purchasing to prevent backlogs.

2. Unpacking Room Operations

  • Oversee daily unpacking, labeling, and transfer of materials to production.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (anti-static, cleanroom, etc.).

3. Safety & Compliance

  • Implement warehouse safety practices, including equipment inspections, fire safety, and chemical handling compliance.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and training for warehouse staff.

4. Data & Reporting

  • Prepare inventory and usage reports, analyze material consumption, and support financial audits.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead warehouse and unpacking teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations.

Expected qualifications & degrees


•Degree in engineering background or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and academic training will be considered

•Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, planning and execution skills, strong ability to work under pressure


•Ability to work in a team environment.


•Skills to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia


•Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company


•Skill to plan work in order to meet deadlines


•Ability to work independently
