**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement release and deployment strategies, processes, and procedures.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute software releases and deployments, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with development teams, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth release and deployment processes.
- Manage and maintain release calendars, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful releases and deployments.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including release notes, deployment guides, and process documentation.
- Provide training and support to teams on release and deployment processes and procedures.
- Monitor and report on release and deployment metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- facilitating meetings and discussion forums to obtain feedback and identify possible roadblocks
- Provide updates on project plans, requirements and timelines
- solving conflicts to ensure smooth collaboration among team members
- providing progress reports and weekly updates
- tracking bugs and other defects throughout the process
- continuously monitoring the project and improving the releases whenever possible and implementing quality assurance best practices

**Must Have**:

- Project management experience
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines
- Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies
- Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
- Team management skills
- Knowledge of traditional agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management skills with knowledge of presentation
- Problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
