Job Description:

- Project/ release management based on Agile approach, with a plan to improve frequency of releases to deliver industry/ bankwide initiatives or platform capabilities quickly to market.
- Be able to lead and manage large scale projects/ change initiatives, including industry-related projects, partnering closely with product owners, teams and stakeholders from various backgrounds
- Ensure that regulatory/technology systems and strategic projects are rollout as per scheduled milestones set, working closely with product owners on priorities identified
- Optimise project/release testing productivity through automation and monitoring of budget spending, and testing management
- Establish & monitoring of project/ release scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, while effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve identified risks, if any

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate passion for transformative user experiences
- Good understanding of e-channels and core banking platforms, breadth of transaction banking/ cash management products and processes
- Ability to manage tight project schedule and timeline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build strong partnerships with internal business partners to obtain buy-in
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in business project management and/or product development in banking systems
- Experience in Agile methodologies
