Requirements and Skills:
1. Proven work experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.

2. Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

3. Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues.

5. Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening.

6. Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- Site Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
