1. Supervision of work progress activities at site in accordance with schedule and drawing.

2. Coordinate, supervise and execute construction activities, inspect and control quality of construction works before deliveries.

3. Monitor site progress and implement day to day activities report & prepare site report regularly.

4. Report any discrepancies or delay in works & follow-up procedures.

5. Ensure smooth operations and supervisory works at project site.

6. Ensure work quality achieved and safety regulations are compiled.

7. Carry out site inspection from time to time.

8. Arrange regular meeting with worker or sub-contractor to match targeted schedule and resolve site matter.

9. Attend all projects site meeting as well as technical meeting with clients or consultants.

10. Liaise with sub-contractors, government officials and relevant parties to identify and solve problems and any other matters to ensure smooth implementation of projects.

11. Manage contractors and site progress.

12. To communicate site issues effectively with contractors and authorities.

13. To provide ideas (if any) to improve relevant processes at sites.

14. Assist in Civil and Structural, Architecture in project implementation and supervision of construction work at site, ensure time completion with quality standard.

15. Assist in checking and monitoring of compliance with Contract Drawing and specifications.

16. Check construction work based on approved drawing and to report to superior/consultants for any non-compliance.

17. Assist to ensure all material delivered to site is as per approved specifications.

18. Monitor and ensure the quality of works are carried out in accordance to the regulations, specifications and standard of local authority and the Contract.

19. Assist consultants to evaluate and resolve and discrepancies or technical issues arising during project implementation.

20. Liaise with project team members especially consultants, contractors / authorities on at site matter and interfacing works.

21. Attend and witness material test and all related test carried out as required in the project/contract or specifications.

22. Ensure all statutory requirements such as Safety and Health Acts, etc are fully comply with.

23. Implementation of Company procedures and practices at site.

24. Responsible to keep in good working condition any assets, equipment and etc supplied by the Company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Site Supervisor: 3 years (preferred)
