**Condensed Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main client liaison, provide material guidance, handle complaints to resolution, conduct site meetings, and ensure all Variation Orders (VO) are completed.
- Plan and allocate resources, ensure compliance with designs and standards, monitor site progress, enforce safety and cleanliness, manage incidents, and maintain community relations.
- Select and negotiate with subcontractors, verify payment claims, monitor performance and workmanship, conduct coordination meetings, schedule daily tasks, and provide training when needed.
- Assign daily tasks, direct VO and defect-related actions, review performance and reports, resolve technical issues, and lead supervisory meetings.
- Coordinate VO-related plan revisions, negotiate additional drawings, and collaborate on technical and design requirements.
- Monitor construction quality, conduct inspections, address defects, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to standards and proper tool usage.
- Track project expenses, manage procurement timelines, verify material quality, and prevent cost overruns.
- Attend project briefings, submit required reports, provide progress updates and live field data, and participate in project and company activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in construction or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor - 3 years (preferred)
- Knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret blueprints.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Responsible and manageable person.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kota Bharu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
