IT Business Support Executive

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for technological improvements

2. Support the implementation and integration of IT solutions to enhance business workflows.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions.

4. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity

5. Contribute to the documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.

6. Assist in data analysis and reporting tasks to support business decision-making.

7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to business IT.

8. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin speaking is a bonus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), x-mind map or Draw.io
- Familiarity with basic IT Concepts and technologies.
- Prior internship or work experience in IT or business-related roles is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
