To take charge of purchase order issuance including conducting due diligence checks in accordance to MUFG policies. 3. To monitor the payment processes. 4. To manage fixed asset creation including disposal and reporting. 5. Administering asset depreciation, forecasting, and records 6. To manage the monthly stationery reconcilation and reporting. 7. Attend to general administration task eg : renewal of services & maintenance, acknowledgement of deliveries, report of faulty items, attend to contractor and other arising issues. 8. Able to multitask within the department. 9. To review and update department's internal processes.
