Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Responsibilities**: - Responsible for end-to-end the Agent transaction booking process in MUFG Labuan, in close coordination with Primary Offices (originating branches) plus internal stakeholders such as branch management and FMD and Labuan Ops. - Ensure timely submission/coordination with the origination branches of (i) KYC documents and/or KYC approvals (ii) obtain credit approval packs (iii) preparation of necessary management memos (iv) liaison with legal/documentation teams and (v) satisfactory execution of transaction/loan documents, including necessary compliance and regulatory checks, CP completion and/or final signing in a timely manner. - Ensure proper record-keeping of all requisite documentation, including KYC, credit, legal, compliance and management approvals (where applicable) to satisfy any audit requirements. - Liaise with originating branches (Primary Offices) and other departments including FMD / Legal / Credit Admin / Operations at branch level and at head office. - Provide excellent customer/internal stakeholder service and assist to open new accounts including new credit/market facilities for Agent transactions and maintain necessary documents for all operations and maintain effective relationships with originating offices. - Administer all work and ensure compliance to all guidelines, booking process and standards to ensure effective inspections. - Actively monitor credit developments and/or adverse news which may affect any Agent transaction. - In charge of portfolio management including monitoring utilisation of facilities and assist to track covenants, financial statements submissions, call visits, AML monitoring, KYC reviews and all other approval conditions to be fulfilled. - Keep abreast of all bank products, credit standards, services and trends in order to provide efficient customer services. - Provide support to the Credit Analyst team in terms of daily tasks as determined by Head Credit Analyst. **Requirements**: - Applicant must have a recognized Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial institutions. - Strong understanding of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations, in addition to good knowledge of banking regulatory environment. - Possesses or willing to be trained in analytical skills to critically analyze information, data and/or assumptions in areas of credit and/or financial analysis. - Able to work effectively in team setting and has high level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation. - Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others. - Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
