Business & Corporate Banking (Business Analyst - Deposit Product)

**Functional (job responsibilities)**
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges related to deposit products;
- Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in deposit products;
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for new or existing deposit products;
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams;
- Develop and maintain business process models for deposit products;
- Collaborate with product managers on the development and launch of new deposit products;
- Validate deposit products to ensure that they meet the needs of business stakeholders and customers;
- Provide training and support to distribution channels on new or updated deposit products;
- Monitor the performance of deposit products and identify areas for improvement;
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of deposit product operations;
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the deposit products industry;
- Developing and maintaining deposit product pricing models;
- Analyzing customer behavior and trends to identify new opportunities for deposit products;
- Developing and implementing tactical campaigns and promotions;
- Communicate effectively with all level of stakeholders.

**Education/Qualification**
- Degree Business Analytics, Strategic Marketing, Statistics or Accounting & Finance or its equivalent.
- Relevant experience in banking preferably in corporate/cash management domain;
- Well versed with corporate and commercial banking products.
