We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head our Corporate Banking Department in a Shariah-compliant environment. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, ensure strong asset quality, and uphold the highest standards of governance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Corporate Banking team to achieve Shariah-compliant financing, revenue, and portfolio quality targets.
  • Grow the corporate financing portfolio and drive the Bank's profitability through strategic business development and cross-selling of Islamic products.
  • Oversee the full financing process, including initiation, due diligence, Shariah-compliant structuring, credit analysis, and proposal submission.
  • Ensure thorough preparation and review of financial analysis and credit memos before submission to the Risk Department.
  • Maintain strong overall asset quality and ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and Shariah requirements.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Support senior management in executing strategic initiatives and enhancing the Bank's corporate banking presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of corporate banking experience, with 3–5 years serving in a managerial role
  • Strong financial analysis, credit evaluation, and Shariah-compliant structuring skills.
  • Proven business development capability and strong corporate relationship management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
