Account Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Prepare and examine financial records
2. Ensuring records are accurate and that taxes are paid
3. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
4. Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
5. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
6. Prepare financial management reports
7. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
8. Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
9. Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
10. Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
11. Monitor and support taxation issues
12. Develop and maintain financial data bases
13. Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
14. Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
15. Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
16. Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
17. To assist in liaising with the auditors, tax agents, bankers, lawyers, company secretaries and other relevant authorized and government parties.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
