Account Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- To Assist Accounts Payable billings
- Attend to enquiries from suppliers
- Collect or Received the relevant documents from other department such as delivery order, purchase order and purchase requisition are orderly attached
- Follow up on outstanding suppliers bills, Suppliers Delivery Order and other Supporting Document related to suppliers bills.
- Update suppliers invoice records in spreadsheets
- Performs data entries into accounting system
- Prepare and assist in day-to-day operation in accounting
- Received and filling the documents related to accountings department
- To prepare the documents and monitor the sales of scrap
- To update and assist in prepare the monthly stock report
- To update, monitor, prepare the payment and report for the Company monthly ultilities
- All other administrative and ad-hoc matters relating to AP cycle
- Handle sales adjustment by preparing debit note and credit note of the Company
- Update the debit note and credit note into accounting system
- Assist in audit exercises and procurement
- All ad-hoc matters relating to Accounts Department
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): Excel Worksheets and accounting system computerized.
