Account Assistant

**Role Description**
The Accounts Assistant at Hospital Seri Botani will support the hospital's financial operations by maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and maintaining professional and ethical standards in all activities.
**Job Requirements**
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in accounting, or a related field
- Relevant work experience in accounting is preferred but fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Chinese Language is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and professionalism
1. To perform clerical duties associated with account payables, account receivables and journal entries.
2. Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliation.
3. Perform online payment tasks and banking transactions.
4. Perform daily filling of documents and ensure accuracy of financial transactions posted in the accounting system.
5. Provide assistance and support in fixed assets management.
6. To keep abreast of any new accounting standard and tax regulations.
7. To assist in handling general accounting and administrative tasks of Accounts Department.
8. To assist in monitoring Business Office’s activities.
9. To ensure the overall activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner.
10. To perform other duties or activities as assigned by Superior and/or Management as and when required.
