To be responsible for the overall operation of Warehouse and Store sites including stock control, movements in and out, and security thereof.
- To control all materials i.e raw materials, finished products, scraps, tools, and other packing materials.
- To maintain proper inventory records for stock control.
- To plan, organize, and direct subordinates for day-to-day activities.
- To be responsible for good housekeeping and maintain proper stock and warehousing system.
- To conduct physical stock counts on a monthly basis and as and when required.
- To ensure that raw materials, packing materials and gas cylinders are received in good order and within specifications especially as regards quantity and quality. Also ensure that outgoing goods comply with specifications stated in Delivery Orders.
- To be responsible for subordinates’ safety during loading and unloading and stock counts.
- To act on any other duties and responsibilities as may be directed from time to time.
- To supervise site operation and work progress.
- To check all work to be done according to specifications and drawings.
- To liaise with project team, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- To attend site meetings, project meeting, prepare work progress reports and highlight problems or defects in construction works.
- To initiate, plan, coordinate and supervise project’s construction works, sub-contractors and general workers.
- Perform dispatch works such as sending documents for submission, collection and deliveries to office as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 3 year of working experience in construction.
- Good interpersonal skill, mature and independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Basic salary RM2000-2700.
- Allowance RM400

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
