KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - To conduct the testing Finished Goods / Intermediate / Raw Materials. - In charge of all process inspection & testing during in process and finished products, and coordinate with production and technical department to minimize product non-conformances - To troubleshoot quality assurance related issues and to provide recommendations for rectification. - Monitor and ensure the consistency of the product quality. - Update, record and filing and QC data entry into computer system accordingly - To assist superior in calibration management system for all measuring equipment in the QC Laboratory. - To maintain finished products retained samples. - To assist prepare in-house Raw Material COA. - To report to superior any non-conformance which will have consequential effects on product quality. - Responsibilities perform the analyses test. - To assist in stability studies program for all the products. - To be responsible for checking all reports, certificate of analysis and ensuring that all the documents and reports are checked, filed and kept for easy retrieval. - To maintain good housekeeping of laboratory. - To execute other duties requested by the management from time to time. Job Requirements: - Minimum Diploma holder in applied science. - Enthusiasm in Quality Control. - Willing to learn and discipline. - Good interpersonal skills. - Able to work with minimum supervision and can work in a team. - Training will be provided. - Immediate starter is an advantage. - Good in Excel - Good data analysis skill and reporting Skill - Have Basic ISO 19001:2015 is advantage - Fresh graduate/1 year experience
