**Job Descriptions**
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze monthly profit and loss (PNL) statements and quarterly financial reports.
- Check operational data and ensure accuracy by tallying with accounting PNL.
- Process invoices and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely settlements.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounting ledgers to maintain financial accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Enter all required financial data into relevant databases and spreadsheets promptly.
- Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all tasks are completed within the set timelines.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree/ Finance or equivalent.
- Proficient in written and spoken **English**, Mandarin will be an added advantage only.
- At least 1 year of working experience in accounting or finance field.
- Experienced in using Excel or Google Spreadsheet will be a plus.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
