**Finance & Office Executive (Admin Clerk/Personal Assistant)**

You understand that a company will not go far without good backend support like finance & accounting. You are well-organized and like crunching numbers.

Managing the full set of accounts is not an issue to you, and you are fully committed to maintaining the updated financial report to the management for decision-making.

Join our team and be involved in the fast-growing motorcycle industry. We are looking for someone who can grow with the company and make waves in the industry together. We are also collaborating with other companies so we have to handle their Finance and HR matters.

1. Finance (Mainly - need to have basic accounting experience)
- Cashbook bookkeeping
- Manage account receivables, monthly invoicing & payment status updates
- Manage account payables
- Cheque Drop & Receipt storage & management
- Manage GST & Income Tax submission
- Learn how to manage Accounting Software SQL, payment system GHL & Stripe etc.
- Manage Malaysia account
- Management reporting
- Any other Finance matters
- Finance matters of other businesses

2. HR
- Payroll & Commission & leave calculation
- Learn how to use HRMs Info-tech (payslip / leave / claim / etc)
- Any other HR matter
- HR matters of other businesses

3. Admin
- Coordinate Gov, Finance & HR related matter.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in full set Accounting
- Comfortable with numbers and routine work
- Familiarity with motorcycle industry a bonus
- Independent, resourceful and able to work in fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks & projects
- Ability to learn and absorb like a sponge (forget textbook learning, learn by doing & performing)
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Accounting & HR
