**Position Summary**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Work alongside the marketing team to create, analyse, and improve content plans based on the insights obtained from market research and the effectiveness of previous campaigns.
- Proofreading materials to be published.
- Assist in running of online events and coordination.
- Uploading content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Blogs, Articles, Newsletters), where required.
- Uploading of products and data entry as required in the B2B platform.
- Assisting in the helpdesk customer queries/feedback.
- Perform clerical duties, ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Minimum a Diploma/Degree Holder. All majors will be considered.
- Ability to multitask and willing to learn.
- Detail oriented and organised; good time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a high-paced, start-up environment.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months

**Salary**: RM1,000.00 per month
