**1. Warehouse Administrator (On-site)**

**Location**: Kolombong, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (On-site)

**Job Type**: Full-time

We are looking for a **Warehouse Administrator** to manage daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing stock placement, and coordinating with the sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and record stock in/out of the warehouse
- Organize and arrange products properly in storage areas
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Assist with packing and preparing goods for shipment
- Work closely with sales and delivery team to ensure timely dispatch

**Requirements**:

- Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel / inventory system)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage
- Physically fit to handle warehouse duties

**2. Delivery Coordinator (On the Road)**

**Location**: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (On the Road)

**Job Type**: Full-time

We are seeking a **Delivery Coordinator** to handle customer orders and ensure smooth delivery processes. You will act as the link between customers, warehouse, and drivers, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and confirm customer orders
- Arrange delivery schedules and coordinate with drivers
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately before dispatch
- Track delivery status and update customers when necessary
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to delivery and invoicing

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / WhatsApp communication)
- Experience in order processing or logistics preferred
- Able to work independently and sometimes outside the office (“on the road”)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
