**About the Job**: We are a busy heavy machinery company looking for an organized and friendly Administrator to help our Customer Service team. You will be the main person handling the paperwork for all our service jobs, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. **What You Will Do**: **STOREKEEPING**: - 1. Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing goods in the store. - 2. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock. - 3. Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation. - 4. Ensure the store area is always neat, tidy, and well-organized. - 5. To provide all the inventory reports on a weekly basis. **CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE**: - 6. Responsible for the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including common areas and individual workspaces. - 7. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the toilet facilities. - 8. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the surrounding yard area. - 9. Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a safe and pleasant working environment. **PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION (PDI)**: - 10. Perform thorough pre-delivery inspections on products as required. - 11. Ensure all items meet quality standards and are ready for dispatch or display. - 12. Report any defects or discrepancies found during PDI. - 13. Perform other related tasks as assigned to support branch operations. - Other ad-hoc task requested by the manager. **Who We Are Looking For**: - Minimum SPM or equivalent. - Prior experience in a similar role such as storekeeping, warehouse assistant, or general worker is an advantage but is not required. - Must be hardworking, proactive, and willing to perform a wide range of tasks as needed. A flexible, "can-do" attitude is essential for this multi-faceted role. - The role requires manual labour, including lifting, carrying stock, and performing cleaning duties.
