Direct reporting to Store Manager. Assistant store manager is responsible for the operation matters of Uniqlo store in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Responsibilities including but not limited to the below functions relating to store operations: 1. Maintain the highest possible store operation standard and lead the store operation team to provide the best customer services at all times 2. Achieve the performance target and objective set per period 3. Plan the human resources and staff welfare requirement 4. Provide sufficient staff training for staff career development in mid and long term 5. Responsible for the cash and finance related matters at store level 6. Stock loss and control at store
