**Responsibilities**:
- This Service Officer role is to assist the Zone Manager manage the daily operation and ensure profitability of all the allocated contract sites based on the budget provided. This covers General Cleaning Services and supporting services i.e. landscaping, hygiene, pest control, etc. The position is responsible for efficient and effective execution of the cleaning services and managing relationships with related customer
- Contributes to achieving cleaning operations by aligning business objectives and outcomes and delivering on the agreed objectives.
- Execute policies and practices, including innovative cleaning services, which will enhance the efficiency of customer with particular emphasis on Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.
- Strict adherence to scope of work at respective contract sites.
- Responsible and accountable for all the company assets at respective contract sites.
- Responsible for managing the stock inventory at site within the allocated monthly budget.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with management of all related customers, and ensure the contracts are managed in a way which satisfies customer expectations as measured by Customer Feedback form.
- Ensures compliance with customer contracts and agreed KPIs
- Effectively represents to the customer and report back customer requirements to monthly inspection / review, other management reports and surveys

- Facilitates effective performance and development of all staff as measured by turnover, absenteeism and participation rates in training.
- Identifies key drivers that will enhance customer services standards, relationships and overall performance with respect to customer service, Health Safety, Environment and Quality.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all site attendance for payroll computation
- Assist in recruitment of workers in collaboration with HR dept
- Diploma in hospitality business qualification desirable
- Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in related field or 2 years’ experience in other fields.
- Personnel management skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective customer relationship
- Basic Business development and marketing skills, including ability to communicate effectively.
