Lead Procurement and Supply team to ensure the team is efficient and responsive in supporting the business and stakeholders.
- Liaise with markets and suppliers to ensure ideal stock level is available to fulfil orders.
- Have robust demand and supply reviews that incorporate product lifecycle plans.
- Be responsible for overseeing stock aging and escalate as required.
- Partner with other global and local departments to streamline and improve demand planning and supply processes.
- Ensure procured finished goods meet the quality expected with the company brand and meets industry standards.

**Requirement**
- Minimum 5 years of experience with emphasis in demand planning, supply planning, Sales & Operation Planning.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience that includes leading cross-functional teams and supply chain continuous improvement initiatives.
- End-to-End Supply Chain, & Analytical Acumen.
- Team player that will work closely with peers to achieve company goals.
- Independent, self-motivated, good communication skills, analytical, mature, proactive and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Good working knowledge of PC and strong skill in Microsoft Excel.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
