**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Associate Manager

**FUNCTION**: Operations, Supply Chain

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The role is responsible to support the business planning process via accurate sales information analysis, stock management and demand forecasting to ensure company plan objectives are achieved..

**Reporting Level**:Sole Contributor

**Geographic Scope**:Local

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- **
Accountable for Shipment Volume Planning in Weekly and Monthly Buckets**:

- Work closely with Integrated Planning Team to plan weekly shipment aligning to targets for C+ 5 months
- Plan monthly shipment for 36 months rolling
- Tracking of NPI and liaising with Supply Chain on inventory management
- Manage upload of shipment plans into APO scheduled and ad hoc for planning visibility
- Adapting Shipment Planning with Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Manages and supports in developing inventory strategies on existing SKUs, new products and product phase-in phase-out via using SAP APO & any other planning tools.
- **
Key Liaison with Primary Supply Chain and Planning Hub**
- Provide insights on actual sales and impact to subsequent weeks demand forecast
- Highlight sensitivity in demand for future supply planning
- NPI Planning and review production planning with Supply Chain & Planning Hub on weekly basis
- Provide demand insights for Supply and Inventory Review monthly meeting
- **Drive Shipment Alignment Meeting with Integrated Planning, Customer Management, Supply Chain, Finance**
- Provide inputs for Supply and Inventory Review monthly meeting
- Drive key KPIs like Demand Forecast Accuracy & address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistic management, or any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or planning.
- Strong analytical skills to identify the right information source to extract sales information and maintain sales report and troubleshoot
- Experience in Demand Forecasting or Planning will be added advantage
- Resilient, result-driven, agile, and independent
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
