We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the HR department with documentation, filing, scanning, and digital record management. The role involves handling confidential HR documents, ensuring accurate filing, scanning physical documents, and uploading them into Google Drive for secure digital storage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize, sort, and maintain HR-related physical documents.
- Perform accurate **scanning and digitization** of employee files, contracts, and other HR documents.
- Ensure all digital files are named and categorized correctly according to internal guidelines.
- Upload scanned documents into **Google Drive**, ensuring they are stored in the correct folders.
- Assist in maintaining confidentiality and data security throughout all document-handling processes.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed within the HR department.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/diploma qualification or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, especially in file management and use of **Google Drive**.
- Ability to use a scanner and manage document formatting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to RM11.00 per hour
