Admin Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in the preparation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders and requisitions specific to EPCC projects.
- Maintain and organize procurement documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
- Update and monitor procurement records and project documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on project requirements, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and company policies.
- Verify and process supplier invoices and purchase order receipts, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Assist with contract administration and monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to understand project requirements and procurement needs.
- Provide timely updates on procurement status and assist in resolving any procurement-related issues impacting project timelines.
- Filling documents and Adhoc task.
**Qualifications requirement**:
- **Education**: SPM or Diploma and above
- **Experience**: Have basic admin or previous procurement or purchasing support experience.
- **Skills**: Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pay: Up to RM2,300.00 per month
