Personal HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain the MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements, including visas, accommodations, and transportation
- Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Take notes during meetings and presentations
- Draft reports, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research on behalf of the manager
- Collect and file the MD's expenses
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint design and formatting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of administrative best practices and office management.
- Knowledge of business correspondence and document formatting.
- Experience in minutes writing and report preparation.
- Interested in Arts, Cultural & Design
- Ability to multitask
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
