Trainee Patients Service Officer

1. Registering new patients or appointment patients at the counter. 2. Familiarize with all available dental products and dental services (including protocols and post-operative instruction for home care of patient). 3. Able to answer patient's question regarding available services and products. 4. Keeping track of available stocks and contact of all dental suppliers. 5. Arrange or reschedule appointment for patients. 6. Giving reminder calls for all appointment patients a day before their visit. 7. Counting daily gross income upon daily closing and printing out credit card closing statement. 8. Discharge patients [billing/dispenser medication (if any)] 9. Office Equipment servicing (to contact contractor for servicing or keep track on the servicing date) 10. Receiving and checking new stocks, and to file all delivery order and invoice for later processing. 11. Receive record and inform DO/patient upon receiving any cases back from the lab. Patients must be given appointment within 24 hours of receiving cases. 12. Packaging of any cases required to be sent to the labs. 13. Housekeeping (routine cleaning as assigned) 14. Any other ad-hoc job assigned by Management from time to time.
