**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Strategic Leadership**

To develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increased market penetration.

To lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating key customer relationships, and expanding into new markets.

To collaborate with the C-Suite team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

**Sales Force Management**

To build, manage, lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

To oversee the recruitment, training, and development of sales personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.

To implement and optimise sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

**Client Relationship Management**

To establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including large cosmetics brands and private label partners.

To negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to maximise profitability and secure long-term partnerships.

To monitor contracts and agreements with key accounts to maximise profitability and secure long-term partnerships.

**Market and Competitive Analysis**

To analysis market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.

To collaborate with the Marketing and Product Innovation team to align product offerings with market demand and client needs.

To provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing and Product Innovation team on market positioning, pricing strategies, and product differentiation.

**Financial Management**

To develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet sales targets.

To monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to the C-Suite team.

To drive profitability through effective pricing strategies, cost management, and margin optimisation.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

7+ years of experience in account management, sales or business development, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the cosmetic or related industries.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent leadership that leads with a growth mindset, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, highly self-motivated and able to motivate the team to achieve targets.

Ability to analyse market trends and sales data to make informed decisions.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to travel as needed.

**SALARY PACKAGE & COMPENSATION**

Basic Salary 6,500.00 - RM 7,800.00
