**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor accounts receivable ledger and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and customer communications.
- Generate aging reports and assist in credit control activities.
- Support internal and external audit processes related to AR.
- Liaise with the sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues.
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting tasks related to receivables.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Executive/Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general finance role.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
